The Wibaux Conservation District administers the 310 Permit process under Montana’s Natural Streambed and Land Preservation Act. A permit is required for work in or near perennial streams to help protect water quality and stream function.
There is no fee to apply. Projects may require a site visit before approval. Contact the District office to determine if your project requires a permit and for help with the application process.
